  Mark J. Hirschhorn, Vice President/CFO

  
  

  Mark Hirschhorn is a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at RCS. With more than 15 years of financial executive experience, Hirschhorn brings to the company extensive experience in multinational corporations, public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as significant experience with start-up entities and the implementation of financial controls, procedures and risk management.
  
  Hirschhorn received a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1986 and a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School in 1987. He lives in Larchmont, New York with his family.
